I am passionate about Savannah, Georgia as it is such a unique city. The combination of art, architecture, a vibrant culinary and music scene mixed with traditional Southern charm is irresistible. A visit to this beautiful city will do much to color your coming days and I highly recommend taking this trip.

Driving:
Savannah is 670 miles from Mechanicsburg, PA. Driving time is estimated at just over 10 hours.
Flying:
Flights from Baltimore (BWI to SAV)
Allegiant is the least expensive at under $200 and they fly Sundays and Thursdays if you wish to extend your stay
Daily flights with United/Jet Blue from BWI at 8:15 A.M. arriving 9:57 A.M. for $316 with advance purchase and from Dulles (IAD) at 12:30 P.M. arriving 2:12 P.M. about $316 advance purchase
Ground Transportation:
(I will probably rent a car as it is not scary to drive in this area) Here are your options for shuttle, taxis and rental cars.. The airport is less than twenty miles from the city. http://gosouthsavannah.com/visitor-info/transport/savannah-airport.html
